Huge portion size! Fast service. Can pay with debit card. Also they don't play radio music as bgm (in fact no music at all) which is really great when you just want to enjoy some quiet time or actually hear your friend's conversation.

I ordered the pork bone soup ($12). Portion is huge, I even packed the leftovers to go. Food is also very delicious.

I would suggest double checking the bill, our bill secretly got a "extra ramen $3"  where there is zero ramen on our table... when my friend asked the server, she explained it was the tofu on our stir pork .. whaaaa????

bbq galbi was $69 for 3 long slices of beef that didn't taste like meat anymore,  been marinated in meat tenderizer for wayyy too long, texture has already become mushy...

One of my fave authentic korean restaurants in the city.  The place is a typical hole in the wall with specials written in scratchy korean writing - but they have the best side dishes (banchan) and stews.  My regular order is usually the goat stew, dwenjang chigae, soon tofu and yukgaejang but everything i've had there has been pretty tasty. Their soondae is also the best (it's kind of like korean blood sausage and you can't beat their fried dumplings.  If you know, you know!

Awful service. If you go there in pairs they just put you on the table facing the wind even half the restaurant is empty

I went back here to try more food! When you know that a restaurant has a lot to offer, you want to go back to try more.

The kalbi and the mackerel were both really good. Both grilled very nicely, not overly burnt but not overly undercooked. It looked really fresh when it came to our table too! So I highly recommend these two dishes too if you're not feeling for a hot pot especially during the summer months.
